SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE

Nothing beats a casserole. This dish is only 5 ingredients, 30 minutes, and exudes some major Thanksgiving vibes!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 8 slices of swiss cheese

  • 1 box StoveTop stuffing

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cook stuffing according to package directions.

  3. Layer chicken breast on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

  4. Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken, add minced garlic and stir.

  5. Layer sliced swiss cheese over chicken mixture, then spoon stuffing on top.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 5 more minutes.

Mmm mmm goooood!
