STRAWBERRY CRINKLE COOKIES

This recipe is not my own, but I can't imagine keeping this to myself! One of my lovely coworkers made these 4 ingredient, strawberry cookies for us last week. Perfect for Valentine's Day! They are TO DIE for. I made them today, and it's safe to say I've eaten half the batch already!

ORIGINAL RECIPE BY SIX SISTERS' STUFF

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 box of Pillsbury strawberry cake mix

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stir together dry cake mix, oil, and eggs until soft dough forms.

3. Sprinkle rolling surface (I just used my kitchen counter) with powdered sugar, and dust hands as well.

4. Shape dough into 1-1.5 inch balls.

5. Roll balls in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

6. Bake for 7-9 minutes, until center is just set.

7. Remove from cookie sheet after a minute or two. Once cooled, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar!
