SPINACH & FETA TURKEY BURGERS

There's nothing better than combining Greek flavors with a juicy turkey burger. This recipe is perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a weekend of grilling. Savory feta and garlic with chopped spinach, these burgers are best served with a heaping spoonful of tzatziki sauce on top!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped spinach
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 shallots, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together minus the olive oil.
Form turkey mixture into burger patties.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Serve with tzatziki sauce!
