SPINACH & FETA TURKEY BURGERS

There's nothing better than combining Greek flavors with a juicy turkey burger. This recipe is perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a weekend of grilling. Savory feta and garlic with chopped spinach, these burgers are best served with a heaping spoonful of tzatziki sauce on top!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped spinach

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 shallots, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp basil

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper

  • 1 tbsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together minus the olive oil.

  2. Form turkey mixture into burger patties.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes per side.

  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce!
