ONE POT CHICKEN, SAUSAGE, & VEGGIES

This simple one pot meal is a new favorite of mine. My boyfriend made this meal for me and I licked the plate clean! Too good not to share.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen, diced chicken breast
1 cup pre-cooked kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 cup frozen mixed veggies (we used carrots, corn, peas, and green beans)
1 cup frozen butternut squash, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tbsp citrus seasoning
1 tsp salt
*fresh basil for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium high heat.
Add chicken breast and kielbasa, and cook for about 5 minutes- stirring occasionally.
Add frozen veggies, squash, seasonings, and remaining olive oil. Stir and cover.
Cook covered for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until veggies are heated through.
Garnish with fresh basil!
