JALAPENO POPPER CRISPY RANCH CHICKEN

If you're into jalapenos, bacon, and cheese, you're gonna love this recipe.
Crispy, juicy chicken with spicy, ranch goodness in every bite. Plus, there's no such thing as too much cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
1lb boneless chicken breasts
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeños
4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, bacon, heavy cream, and half of the Ranch seasoning.
Dredge chicken breasts in flour, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and remaining Ranch seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Cook chicken on both sides for about 3-4 minutes, until crispy.
Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
Spoon jalapeño mixture over chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
Broil for 5 more minutes, serve and enjoy!
* I used turkey bacon and low fat cream cheese for this recipe. Feel free to interchange these ingredients as you see fit. Either way, it still tastes delicious!
