HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP

Shrimp is one of my favorite go to meals. There's a variety of ways to enjoy it, making it a simple and delicious dish for weekly meal preps or a quick weeknight dinner. Make this honey garlic shrimp one of your go to meals!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
*optional parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Meanwhile, whisk together lemon juice, honey, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Coat shrimp in flour, then toss in the honey mixture.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the bottom of the skillet, cook until pink, flipping halfway (about 2 minutes per side).
Garnish with fresh *parsley, salt and pepper!
My favorite way to enjoy this dish is with the Minute brand garlic and olive oil jasmine rice, broccoli, and a generous spoonful of the cooking liquid drizzled on top.
