Taco Bell you can make at home? SIGN ME UP! These homemade Crunchwraps are a game changer for taco Tuesday. All it takes is a little assembling, and you're well on your way to crunchy, cheesy goodness!

*Recipe makes 4 Crunchwraps.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • *4 small flour tortillas

  • 4 tostadas

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 package taco seasoning

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup diced tomato

  • 1 cup sour cream

*Optional taco sauce for dipping!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook and brown your ground beef, then season with taco seasoning.

  2. Take one tostada and place it over one small tortilla. Cut around the edge of the tostada so the tortilla is the same size. Repeat for remaining tortillas and set aside.

  3. To assemble your Crunchwraps, layer in this order: large tortilla, meat, cheese, tostada, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, then the small tortillas you cut.

  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla all the way around.

  5. Place Crunchwrap seam side down in a hot skillet with a little oil.

  6. Cook until crispy, then flip and repeat!

We love to eat ours with a side of Western dressing! SO GOOD.

*You can always use the remaining large tortillas to cut out the smaller ones! I happened to have both sizes at home when I made this, but either will do just fine.
