EASY CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

This recipe is made with ingredients you may already have in your kitchen! Creamy, cheesy, and delicious!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (you can also substitute 1 can with cream of mushroom)

  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • *optional parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken, sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

  3. Fold in shredded chicken breast and spaghetti, mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased, 9 x13 baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle cheeses on top.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then broil until cheese starts to brown.

  7. *Garnish with fresh parsley!
