I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic boneless wings (yes, I know they're just chicken nuggets- don't judge me!). I saw this recipe on Facebook a few weeks ago, and I can't stop thinking about it. The original recipe is for the crockpot, so I decided to make a quicker, skillet version of my own!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked chicken, diced*
12 oz penne pasta, cooked
1 jar Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan sauce
6 oz heavy cream
6 oz milk
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan, whisk together the jar of sauce, heavy cream, and milk over low-medium heat.
Once the mixture is heated throughout, whisk in cream cheese until melted. You want the sauce to be just warm enough to melt the cheese, but never boiling.
Sprinkle in parmesan cheese, stir until fully melted and sauce starts to thicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together cooked pasta and chicken.
Pour sauce over the pasta to your desired amount, and stir!
You can double the chicken and pasta if you’re wanting to use the entire bottle of sauce. I prefer mine less saucy and more pasta-y. *I seasoned my chicken with paprika, garlic and onion powder. I also topped my bowl with a sprinkle of parsley and some extra cheese!
