BROCCOLI SALAD

This quick and easy broccoli salad is full of summer flavors. Savory bacon, sweetened dried cranberries, and roasted sunflower kernels- it's a light and filling dish that I always crave after a long day at the pool. As an added bonus, this recipe comes together in 15 minutes, and keeps well in the fridge!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
Sprinkle of sunflower kernels to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix together mayo and ranch seasoning.
In a large bowl, add in all remaining ingredients.
Add the mayo mixture to the broccoli, stir it all together, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving!
