BALSAMIC CHICKEN & FETA WRAP

These wraps are a great lunch option. They taste great and they're simple to make! Tangy, sweet, and a little crunch from the pecans. You'll want to make this every week!


INGREDIENTS:

For the wrap:

  • 1 cup cooked grilled chicken breast, cut into strips (I use Tyson's grilled and ready)

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup roasted pecans

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • Romaine lettuce (as much as you want)

  • Wrap of choice (I use Tomaro's from Harvest Market)

For the glaze:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, stir glaze ingredients together.

  2. Assemble your wrap.

  3. Pour glaze over top!

You can also toss chicken breasts with the glaze, and pour the rest on top as well!

*Side note: Essential Everyday sells a dried cranberries and roasted pecan mix! I used that to save some extra $$$
