BALSAMIC CHICKEN & FETA WRAP

These wraps are a great lunch option. They taste great and they're simple to make! Tangy, sweet, and a little crunch from the pecans. You'll want to make this every week!
INGREDIENTS:
For the wrap:
1 cup cooked grilled chicken breast, cut into strips (I use Tyson's grilled and ready)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted pecans
1/4 cup feta cheese
Romaine lettuce (as much as you want)
Wrap of choice (I use Tomaro's from Harvest Market)
For the glaze:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, stir glaze ingredients together.
Assemble your wrap.
Pour glaze over top!
You can also toss chicken breasts with the glaze, and pour the rest on top as well!
*Side note: Essential Everyday sells a dried cranberries and roasted pecan mix! I used that to save some extra $$$
